This space with sophisticated beauty was transformed from a small , shabby 1950s kitchen. Now the room is a testament to the grace of a bygone era rendered by the best in modern craftsmanship.
The island bench opens the kitchen up to become part of the whole living area, allowing space for a multitude of users and ease of movement. Fluted curved pillars, custom-made corner blocks, capping and skirting were used for the mouldings. Warmed by the luminescent Calcutta Marble shining beneath ornate antique pendant lights and soft, neutral colours on the floor and walls, this is a design that radiates pure elegance.
