Thank you for your interest in booking a Showroom Costing Appointment with us.
We aim to provide our customers with comprehensive information and the most transparent process at every stage. To ensure that we are the right company for you and that we meet your expectations, please read below before booking.
What documents we need from you?
You need to supply Design Drawings/Elevations and Specifications/Finish Schedule of the Joinery, usually done by architects, interior designers.
We require those documents to be emailed to email@example.com ahead of your appointment so we can better understand your project and how much time we need to allow for your meeting.
What happens next?
Once the documents are received, we will assign one of our senior designers and arrange a time with you for a meeting in our Oakleigh South Showroom. Your designer might give you a call prior to meeting to have an initial chat if required.
Depending on the scope of the project, a Costing Appointment can take 1hr to 3hrs.
In the meeting, your designer will go through the Plans and Specifications with you to confirm they are correct and are the best design solution for your needs and budget, so they can prepare the comprehensive costing for the project.
It usually takes us 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the quotation of your project.
The costing appointment is free of charge. However, we do require customers to come into our Showroom again for the Quotation Presentation Meeting.

Can I Reschedule or Cancel?
Yes, if you need to reschedule your appointment date/time, please give us a call on 03 9543 8888 at your earliest convenience so we can accommodate you as best as we can. If you want to cancel, please give us at least 3 days’ notice so we can arrange appointments for other clients.
