In collaboration with the homeowner Ivy, Complete Kitchens embarked on a house lot custom cabinetry design and built for a complete home renovation in Armadale, focusing on transforming the kitchen, laundry, and robes. The aim was to create a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing space inside a beautifully restored Edwardian cottage.
The design for this Armadale kitchen renovation was guided by contemporary principles, emphasizing clean lines, minimalistic aesthetics, and functionality to complement the existing architectural features.
Our approach was to blend modern materials with classic elements, achieving a harmonious balance between period charm and contemporary style.
The kitchen’s unique setting beneath dramatic cathedral ceilings inspired the use of tall, dark, vertically textured cabinetry in Empire Oak Woodmatt. This design choice draws the eye upward, enhancing the perception of height and grandeur.
To soften the space, we introduced a secondary colour in Legato Bespoke for the island cabinets. The luxurious Bianco Carrara Marble benchtops and splashback, with their elegant grey tones, contribute a sense of timeless luxury.
