Thank you for booking your Comprehensive Design Consultation with Complete Kitchens!
What’s next?
During the consultation, our designer will visit your home to take a detailed brief, assess your space, and understand your specific requirements. They will discuss your desired style, finishes, and any structural needs you may have. If your appointment is at our showroom, kindly bring your measurements, photos, and any plans you have.
The Design Consultation Meeting typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours.
Follow the meeting, your designer will create the 3D Design Concept Drawings and an initial proposal. We’ll then schedule a follow-up appointment at our showroom to review the design, answer your project-related questions, and provide a detailed costing.
This follow-up meeting usually takes place within 1 to 2 weeks and lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
What drawings will you get in this package?
Our $275 Design package presents great value for the customers, providing you with the following:
-Black and White 3D perspective of your Design Concept Drawing (not dimensioned);
-Complete Kitchens Proposal that includes costings for Cabinetry, Benchtops, Accessories, Delivery & Installation, and Trades Coordination fee (if applicable);
– Itemized Trades Costings Estimations for Demolition and Rubbish Removal, Plumbing, Electrical works, Plastering, Tiling, and Basic Carpentry. For more complex work, we may quote or refer you to a specialist on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that any plans produced to present your concept drawings remain the property of Complete Kitchens until you sign the contract and pay the deposit.
Revisions to the concept drawings and associated costings will be made once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Can I Reschedule?
Yes, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us a call on 03 9543 8888 as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you wish to cancel, we will refund your design fee. Please provide at least 2 days’ notice so we can arrange appointment slot to another client.

[1] The $275 Design Fee is fully redeemable when you proceed with your project with us. The fee will be credited as a “Design Fee Voucher” to your quotation.
[2] The $275 Design Fee apply to one room only. Additional rooms incur extra costs. CK will supply one set of re-drawings free of charge if design changes are required. Additional design changes will incur charges at $120 per hour (min.1 hour). All prices include GST.
[3] Initial concept designs are presented in 3D drawings only, without elevations.
